The Player Zero Universe
Client: Player Zero Records
Medium: Comics & Animated Trailer (Music-IP Universe)
Roles: Creative Director, Writer, Transmedia Architect
-
Player Zero Records is a music label composed entirely of virtual, NFT-driven digital avatar artists. Their goal was to create a rich, interconnected narrative universe where each musical avatar would headline their own comic series — all existing within a larger, unified continuity. They sought a Marvel- or DC-style shared universe that could engage fans across music, collectibles, and storytelling.
-
Morgan developed the Player Zero Universe, a six-comic interconnected narrative built around the label’s roster of digital artists. Each comic highlights a unique avatar while embedding crossover details and easter eggs that reward deeper engagement. Morgan also created an animated trailer to introduce the universe, synthesizing music, motion, and storytelling into a cohesive launch experience.

-
This project showcases Morgan’s ability to architect multi-platform narrative ecosystems, blending music, digital avatars, comics, and animation into a single unified universe — a rare skill set at the intersection of storytelling, branding, and emerging digital formats.
