Seattle Seahawks All Pro Linebacker Bobby Wagner is determined to raise awareness around stroke detection. Having lost his own mother to a stroke, Bobby wanted to find a way to engage with a younger audience to teach them the signs and what to do. And so he came to us to help him do exactly that. Rather than just creating a pamphlet on how to detect a stroke, we came up with this fictional story in the form of a comic book that incorporates his message in a meaningful and impactful way. Then, once the NFL saw it, they got involved and officially licensed the comic. Now we’re developing a game plan to do this for players and their charities throughout the entire league.
